How often to re-sand and re-oil the wood floor?

This is the most frequently asked question from our customers.

At Fine Oak Flooring, all our flooring products are finished with Osmo hardwax oil and stain. Osmo hardwax oil is a market leader in wood floor finishes. It is very hardwearing and stain-proof oil. Although the oil is very hardwearing and tough, the flooring will need to be re-sanded and re-oiled once it has been in use over a long period of time.
